So, for his extra special Mist ability, Stannis has gotten the power of power replication/absorbtion. Which basically means that it works something like Rogue from X-men where if he comes into too close of proximity with a person/touches them, they'll be left in a temporarily weakened state... and he'll have their powers.

Helen - standard Claymore powers (heightened physical strength, speed, durability and regeneration - this one's limited in Helen's case), and stretchy limbs.
Merlin - uh oh, it's magic~
Pepper Potts - pyrokinesis
Jon Snow - cold/ice creation and manipulation
Bobby Singer - the power of old drunk grumpiness
